薛克彬，男，1938年生，退休军人，大校军衔，书法家。自幼爱好书法，临习王羲之、柳公权。颜真卿、赵孟頫等先辈书法大家的碑帖，受到欧阳中石、田英章、杨在春、张瑞龄等书法名家教诲和指导。

学习书法粗浅体会
书法艺术是我们中华民族文化艺术中的瑰宝，也是国际艺术中的奇葩。它彰显着中华民族5000年的文明，昭示着中华民族崇高的聪明才智和艺术魅力。习近平总书记告诉我们，历史和现实都证明中华民族有着强大的文化创造力。每到重大历史关头，文化都能感国运之变化，立时代之朝头，发时代之先声，是时代前进的号角，最能代表一个时代的风貌，最能引领一个时代的风气。在我国各项建设飞速发展，国家面貌日新月异的今天，党中央为文化艺术发展开辟出广阔的天地，传承和弘扬祖国的文化艺术，是时代的要求，是每个书法艺术爱好者应担负的责任和使命。我是一个书法爱好者，坚持学习临练书法已有五六十年，学习习近平总书记的教导，深感传承和弘扬祖国的书法艺术，应有强烈的责任感，使命感。
一 是书法艺术是国宝，传承弘扬是己任。书法艺术是文化艺术的重要组成部分，它不光在国家发展前进中发挥着重要作用，而且展示国家风貌和文明;不光是我国的艺术瑰宝，而且受到世界各国青睐，把学习中国的书法艺术作为热切的追求。我们作为炎黄子孙，应该为我国书法艺术骄傲，更担负着继承发展的重大责任，应该努力学习，全力传承，使书法艺术更加璀璨光亮。
二是学习书法要坚持传统，师古不泥古，祖国的书法艺术历经数千年，代代相传，涌现很多书法大家名家，给我们留下宝贵财富，树立了典范。学习书法，首先要临摹先辈书法名家的碑帖。沉下心，一点一划的学，把先辈的书法作品的内涵，笔法技巧，章法布局等掌握好，铭记在心。不能自己随心所欲，不能投机取巧，要付出艰辛。学习先辈的碑帖也不是刻板，简单复古，应师古不泥古，辩证取舍，“以古人之规矩，开自己之生面”，写出自己的特点和风格。
三 是书法艺术要紧跟时代，服务于社会。习近平总书记指出文艺只有植根现实生活，紧跟时代潮流，才能发展繁荣。党中央十分重视文化艺术工作，特别改革开放以来，为文化工作送来新的春天。自己作为书法爱好者，必须坚持为人民为社会服务的根本方向。对事关国家命运的各项重大决策的出台，举办的重大社会活动，党中央的指示要求，应做到眼光敏锐，紧跟形势，把自己的感悟以书法形式展示出来，发挥时代风貌之先觉者，先行者，先倡者的作用，从而起到宣传群众，鼓舞群众，引领群众的作用。
四是博采众长，艺学八方，优秀的书法作品在我国四处可见，特别在各地的庙宇，名山大川有很多历代书法名家留下的墨宝。在当今各大城市街头的店铺，商家门面展示着许多书法家的字迹。俗话说“天外有天”，这些墨宝，字迹都很典范，都是我们学习的楷模，为我们提供了学习临摹的绝好机会，且不可高看自己，再就是每个汉字都有不同写法，学习中善于把不同写法的字收集起来，进行逐个研究，找出不同写法的特点，优长。把这些特点优长吸收到自己书法作品创作中，对提高自己的书法技巧，增添作品的韵味和美感有很大帮助。

Feelings of Learning Calligraphy
Calligraphy is a treasure of Chinese culture and art, and also a wonderful flower in international art. It demonstrates the civilization of the Chinese nation for 5000 years and the lofty wisdom and artistic charm of the Chinese nation. General Secretary Xi Jinping told us that history and reality have proved that the Chinese nation has strong cultural creativity. At every major historical juncture, culture can feel the change of national fortune. The beginning of the ages and the forerunner of the times are the trumpets of the times, the most representative of the style of an era and the most able to lead the style of an era. With the rapid development of all kinds of construction in our country and the changing face of our country, the CPC Central Committee has opened up a vast world for the development of culture and art. It is the requirement of the times to inherit and carry forward the culture and art of the motherland, and it is the responsibility and mission of every calligraphy art enthusiast. I am a calligraphy enthusiast. I have been studying and practicing calligraphy for fifty or sixty years. I have learned the instruction of the General Secretary. I deeply feel that I should have a strong sense of responsibility and mission to inherit and carry forward the calligraphy art of the motherland.
First, the art of calligraphy is a national treasure, and it is our duty to inherit and carry forward it. Calligraphy art is an important part of culture and art. It not only plays an important role in the progress of national development, but also shows the national style and civilization. It is not only the artistic treasure of our country, but also favored by all countries in the world, and takes learning Chinese calligraphy art as an ardent pursuit. As descendants of Yanhuang, we should be proud of our calligraphy art and shoulder the great responsibility of inheritance and development. We should study hard and inherit it with all our strength so as to make it more brilliant.
Secondly, learning calligraphy should adhere to tradition, learn from the past and not muddy with the past. After thousands of years, the calligraphy art of our motherland has been handed down from generation to generation, and many famous calligraphers have emerged, leaving us valuable wealth and setting a model. To learn calligraphy, first of all, we should copy the inscriptions of famous calligraphers of our ancestors. Set your heart down, learn one by one, master the connotation, skills and layout of the calligraphy works of our ancestors, and keep them in mind. We can't do what we want, we can't speculate, we have to work hard. Learning the ancestor's tablets is not rigid, simple retro, should learn from the past, not muddy, dialectical choice, "to the rules of the ancients, open their own life", write their own characteristics and style.
Third, the art of calligraphy should keep abreast of the times and serve the society. General Secretary Xi pointed out that literature and art can only develop and prosper if they are rooted in real life and keep up with the trend of the times. The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to cultural and artistic work, especially since the reform and opening up, which has brought a new spring to cultural work. As a calligraphy enthusiast, he must adhere to the fundamental direction of serving the people for the society. The promulgation of major decisions concerning the fate of the country, the major social activities held and the instructions of the Party Central Committee require that we should have a keen eye, keep abreast of the situation, display our own perceptions in the form of calligraphy, and play the role of the forerunner, pioneer and advocate of the times, so as to publicize the masses, inspire the masses and lead the masses.
Fourthly, we can see excellent calligraphy works everywhere in our country, especially in temples, famous mountains and rivers, there are many calligraphers left behind ink. Many calligraphers'handwriting is displayed on the front of shops in the streets of major cities nowadays. As the saying goes, "Every day has its day". These calligraphy and handwriting are all good examples for us to learn. They provide us with a good opportunity to learn copying, and we should not look up to ourselves. Moreover, every Chinese character has different writing methods. In learning, we are good at collecting different writing methods, doing research one by one, and finding out the characteristics and advantages of different writing methods. Absorbing these characteristics into the creation of their own calligraphy works is of great help to improve their calligraphy skills and add the charm and aesthetic feeling of the works.
